They are not intended or suitable for creating production-ready applications or websites that will be deployed on the internet or used in commercial environments without substantial modification, testing, and security hardening. All code examples, tutorials, and other instructional materials may contain security vulnerabilities, inefficiencies, bugs, or other limitations that would be unacceptable in a production environment. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any code derived from our educational materials is properly secured, tested, and prepared before any public or commercial deployment.
When purchasing certain Products, you may be granted access to an online community, such as a Discord server or similar platform. Limitation of Liability

ByteGrad Sp. z o.o., its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, partners, contractors, agents, licensors, and content providers shall not be liable under any circumstances for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or other damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, interruptions to business, security breaches, software vulnerabilities, malware, viruses, or other harmful components resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Website, Services, or Products. Personal legal actions or lawsuits against individual officers, directors, employees, affiliates, or contractors of ByteGrad Sp. z o.o. are expressly prohibited, even in cases involving security issues or other serious problems.
In the course content and other products, we occasionally use sample images (including with and without people in there), icons, code snippets, and other assets that belong to third-party creators. ByteGrad does not own these assets and can not grant you any license to reuse them in any way. ByteGrad does not guarantee that any of these assets can be used in any way by you. All such material is included solely for educational purposes. If you want to use, publish or otherwise distribute something that contains those assets, you must first obtain the proper permission or replace them with assets you are legally entitled to use. ByteGrad cannot be held responsible for any claim that might arise from your use of third-party assets (including photos with people in them); that risk rests with you.
Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, in the event that ByteGrad Sp. z o.o. is found liable for any damages or losses, regardless of the cause of action (whether in contract, tort, breach of warranty, or otherwise), the maximum aggregate liability of ByteGrad Sp. z o.o. shall be strictly limited to the total amount paid by you to ByteGrad Sp. z o.o. for the specific Product or Service giving rise to such liability. This limitation of liability constitutes an essential part of the bargain between you and ByteGrad Sp. z o.o. and shall apply even if ByteGrad Sp. z o.o. has been advised of the possibility of such damages or if any remedy provided herein fails of its essential purpose.
ByteGrad Sp. z o.o. expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ByteGrad Sp. z o.o., and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, partners, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, and costs (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Website, Services, or Products, your breach of these Terms, or claims related to security breaches, vulnerabilities, or any harm arising from the use of recommended tools, software, or packages provided or suggested by our Services or Products.
Refund Policy
We offer a refund policy allowing you to request a refund within one month (30 days) of your purchase. After this period, all sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided. You acknowledge and accept this policy before making any purchase.
Intellectual Property Rights
Content provided through our Website, Services, and Products may be protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, distribution, reproduction, or resale of any content is strictly prohibited.

ByteGrad Sp. z o.o. does not grant any license to third-party assets, even when such assets are used as examples or demonstrations within our Products, Website, or Services. The inclusion of any third-party assets in our educational materials does not constitute a transfer of rights or imply any license to use such assets outside the context of learning from our educational materials. All rights, licenses, and terms of use for third-party assets remain exclusively with their respective owners, and it is solely your responsibility to obtain appropriate permissions or licenses directly from those owners before using such assets in your own projects or applications.
Force Majeure
ByteGrad Sp. z o.o. will not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performance, caused by events outside our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Events"), such as natural disasters, server outages, war, terrorism, labor disputes, pandemics, governmental actions, and similar events.
Termination of Access
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for violation of this Agreement or harmful behavior. No refunds will be provided upon termination.
Definition of Lifetime Access
Lifetime access refers exclusively to the operational lifetime of ByteGrad Sp. z o.o. or the specific product provided. We reserve the right to discontinue or terminate access at any time.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by Polish law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Poland.
